Payment

Payment for goods purchased may be made in cash, direct debit, EFTPOS or credit card.

Under account, payment is due by the 20^th of the month following the purchase of goods. In default of such payment, penalties will apply. If you wish to apply for an account with Baypak Distributing Ltd please Contact Us to complete a Credit Application Form.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership of goods is retained by Baypak Distributing Ltd until payment has been made. Upon delivery, the risk in the goods shall pass to the customer.

Returns

All faulty products must be returned immediately with the fault clearly identified. Notification of errors or shortages should be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please quote packing slip numbers with any such notification.
